Refunds are allowed for un-used and un-damaged products returned within 7 days of tracking delivery date. This allows the customer time to try and review the item to make sure it meets their standards and expectations. If, for some reason, the customer is unsatisfied, we will refund the price paid (excluding shipping costs), once we've received the product in the same condition it was shipped to the customer. We will not refund for used or damaged returns. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and materials. Refunds will not be issued after 7 days of delivery date.
